No, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

In certain countries, customs may also require additional information from the recipient (such as a Tax ID, VAT number, or Personal Customs Clearance Code) before releasing the shipment. We may contact you after checkout if this is required.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your order's journey in real-time on the shipping's tracking portal.

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receipt. Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact. Email to hello@danceinsaga.com for return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your returned items. Original shipping fees and any import taxes paid are non-refundable.
